Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Soonar application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and MINIBEE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its address at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #23664, Newark, Delaware 19702, United States ("Company," "we," "us").

If you access the Service through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the standard terms of those platforms (including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also apply.

Soonar describes, filters, and explains market events. It never recommends. Everything in the Service (cards, explanations, bullish and bearish readings, scores, history, notifications, and any AI-generated content) is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute, and must not be construed as, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument.

• MINIBEE LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any equivalent authority in any jurisdiction.
• Importance scores measure the market significance of an event, never the attractiveness of an investment.
• Bullish and bearish readings are always presented together and are arguments, not predictions or forecasts.
• Markets involve substantial risk, including the loss of all invested capital. Past events are no indication of future outcomes.
• Before making any investment decision, consult a licensed financial professional. Any decision you make is yours alone.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

An anonymous account is created when you first use the Service; you may later link it to an Apple or Google identity. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

The free tier gives access to the curated feed, the event summary, and the cause-and-effect mechanism. The paid subscription ("Soonar Pro") unlocks the full analysis depth: both readings, verifiable facts and sources, history and post-event tracking, notifications, and unlimited paste-to-decode.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Billing. Payment is charged through your Apple App Store account, Google Play account, or by Stripe via RevenueCat Web Billing (web), at the price displayed at checkout.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime: App Store (Settings, then Subscriptions), Google Play (Payments & subscriptions), or your Soonar account settings on the web. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded according to the platform's policy and must be requested from the platform. For web purchases, contact contact@soonar.app. Statutory rights (including EU withdrawal rights) are unaffected.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices; changes apply at the next renewal and you will be notified in advance with the option to cancel.

You agree not to: scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's content or data feeds; reverse engineer the Service; use it to build a competing dataset; circumvent subscription gating; submit unlawful content through the paste and share feature; or use the Service to spread market misinformation. The paste and share feature may refuse to analyze content whose source cannot be verified; this is by design.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by MINIBEE LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Underlying public data (SEC filings, Federal Reserve data) remains public; Soonar's curation, explanations, and presentation are ours.

The Service aggregates information from third-party and governmental sources (including SEC EDGAR and Federal Reserve Economic Data). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any source, and delays or errors in upstream data may be reflected in the Service.

Explanations are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and automatically checked against our editorial guardrails. AI-generated content may nonetheless contain errors or omissions. Always verify important facts against the cited sources before relying on them.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINIBEE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MINIBEE LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections 2, 7, and 10 through 12 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
